Kaliska, a native Oregonian and member of Alaska’s Tlingit/Haida Tribe, has a degree in Construction Management from Arizona State University, graduating Cum Laude, and brings over 15 years of experience. As a Project Manager, she has managed an array of high-value, high-visibility projects, including federal facility renovations, health care facility construction, public education institutions, and government contracting projects. Kaliska’s experience with public agencies provides her with a keen understanding of the procedures, stakeholder interests, and governing agencies.
