The Trimet Powell Bus Maintenance Facility Replacement consisted of the expansion of an existing bus maintenance facility. Work was phased to accommodate ongoing operations. The first phase was a large amount of site work and the addition of new wash and fuel facilities and half of a new maintenance facility. Relocation of ongoing operations occurred so that the existing facility could be demolished and the second half of the new facility could be built.
