Wenaha Group provided construction management services for substantial rehabilitation and preservation of an affordable housing development that was built in 1970 on the eastern boundary of Portland's city limits. The property had many years of deferred maintenance and required a complete rehabilitation of the building envelope, roof replacement, stair and deck repair and replacement, and leasing office expansion and remodel.
