This project was focused on upgrading finishes to lobbies, offices and meeting rooms such as painting, flooring, wall base, and customer signage. Wenaha Group’s involvement was to help prepare postings to the ORPIN site for contractor bidding and coordinate with onsite staff. Completion of the project was handed off to incoming project managers at Metro.
