City of Portland Rose Quarter Sidewalk Replacement

The Rose Quarter Plaza area sidewalk project included improvements that were ADA compliant, including grinding of existing walkways, removal and replacement of panels, repositioning of pavers, removal of trees and refurbishment of expansion joints.
