Clark County Public Transit Benefit Area's (C-TRAN) 65th Avenue Campus Expansion project is a multi-phased initiative aimed at bolstering C-TRAN’s infrastructure in anticipation of regional growth while fostering a more cohesive central campus to better cater to the needs of C-TRAN’s esteemed workforce. Throughout Wenaha Group's ongoing collaboration with C-TRAN, our team plays a pivotal role in overseeing various aspects of the project, ranging from design management and construction supervision to land acquisition support and permit oversight. Our comprehensive services encompass procurement assistance, bid review, change order management, commissioning coordination, and project closeout for Phases 1 through 5B of the expansion endeavor. Notable highlights include:
