Wenaha Group provided construction management services for the Queensgate Transit Hub, which consisted of a new transit center and driver comfort building. Landscaping was done both within and surrounding the transit center and comfort building. The driver comfort building includes rest facilities, a restroom, a kitchen, a lounge area, and closets to house mechanical maintenance and internet technology systems. Additionally, the transit center includes an active platform area that consists of concrete pedestrian walkways with shelters, benches, walls, lighting, and signage.
